MAKING A DIFFERENCE
Our 'Make A Difference' programme combines wellbeing, fundraising and environment initiatives, to help make a difference to our people and our local environment.
Staff motivation and involvement are high on our agenda. We recognise and reward achievements - but it's not all about work.
Each year the teams at LaSer UK nominate a local charity to become the focus of our fund raising events for the year.
We believe in employee wellbeing activities that encourage our people to be healthier and have fun at the same time.
We also believe in the power of responsible business practice. Our environmentally friendly initiatives include being energy efficient, recycling and working with like-minded suppliers. By reducing our impact on the environment we can create a more efficient business.
